« Great room by the sea. Great hospitality. A little remote from Puerto Morelos. Unfortunately we arrived late and everything was closed nor could we order anything to the hotel. I would suggest renting a car for easy accessibility. »

« Nuit fantastique avant de quitter le pays, dépassement au milieux de la jungle du Mexique (mais tres accessible avec la voiture de location). Même si nous avons eu un orage dans la nuit le contexte etait extraordinaire. Tout nous a plu, l'accueil, la chambre, la literie, la piscine privée, la cénote, la piscine de l'hôtel, le personnel, le petit dejeuner extraordinaire. »

« C'etait pas mentionné que c'est un self check in, nous sommes arrivé à 6pm aucune administration, la clé etait dans une boîte verrouillée auquel nous avions reçu aucune information ni code pour avoir accès à la clé. Heureusement un touriste résident au même endroit nous est venu en aide. Une fois à l'intérieur on a remarqué que c'était une salle de bain peu entretenu et commune. Point positif la chambre était propre et l'emplacement de l'hôtel était dans le centre de Puerto Morelos. »

On a eu un petit soucis avec l’application les 2 premiers jours, mais ça c’est bien réglé par la suite et ils ont nous ont même offert une compensation pour le désagrément. « We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
