« Five stars is not enough! Location location location!!!! Essentially a private white sand beach, crystal clear water, beautiful flora and fauna! Scenery was straight out of a movie. The caretakers were amazing. We came back from a long day on Isla Mujeres and they had picked coconuts from the trees on the property, husked them so that the fresh coconut water could be drunk! Bonus they were in the refrigerator so ohhhhhh soooooo cold and refreshing! Truly next level care for our party of 12!...

« 11 of us stayed in a house that could have easily housed another 4-5 folks. House was gorgeous, and well-appointed. We also paid for the option to have food served in the house, which was a super choice, since it has a large family-sized table, and we were able to have the younger children crash if needed. « Our group of 10 ranging in age from 5 to 65 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house, pool and courtyard, and beach are outstanding. The host recommendations for a chef and local transportation to activities were great. It was a treat to have dinner prepared several evenings so we could enjoy being together. We took trips to nearby attractions. Swimming with sea turtles at Akumal was a big hit! The home was beautiful and the environment relaxing. Perfect March getaway. »

« This is one of the more unique properties my family has stayed on. It was right on the beach and extremely private. Snorkeling was amazing too. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were the kindest people I've met in Cancun. My family will most definitely be coming back to this property and it was only 15 minfrom a grocery store which we visited alot. 30 min from the airport. »

« Miguel and Liza were incredible. We had Miguel’s dinners twice & everything was SO good. We booked the massage, and the airport shuttle transfer. The owners were so helpful with everything & payment at the end was very easy. Any questions were quickly answered. I felt like we were at a hotel! We had 6 people staying, with so much extra space. Close to town, and the airport. Thank you so much! Highly recommend. »

« Villa Tortuga did not disappoint! Everything was fantastic and Oscar was in communication with us throughout the week, to make sure we had everything we needed. What a view! It was perfect. We used Chef Francesca and Chef Pino, and not only was their food delicious, they were so nice and fun to have around. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of and I recommend using their services! »

« The staff at Hacienda del Secreto were great! They were efficient and thoughtful. The meals were good and very timely. They met all our needs even when we gave them very little advance notice. Oscar and the staff made us feel very welcome! A great place for a family vacation! »

"J’ai apprécié beaucoup les allées, le paysage, les restaurants, les spectacles, le personnel, tous sauf l’accès a la mer. Il faut faire plus d’effort pour donner accès a la mer et outiller bien les travailleurs pour nettoyer les algues morts pour diminuer l’odeur dans cette période."

"out inclus $$$$$$$.et fermeture à 23h de tous les bars et restaurants. $ pour steak et dîner spécial. $ pour louer un cabane autour de la piscine car il n’y a presque pas de chaises autour de la piscine. $ événement spécial qui ne sont pas inclus. Ils nous demande toujours de payer pour un événement spécial. Je me sens voler! Salle à manger! Toujours le même menue et les choix sont restraint. Oublié la gastronomie et les belles présentations. 2 restaurants mexicains que nous n’aimons pas le menus, il reste 3 choix de Resto pour souper et le buffet! Après 12 jours, ont est plus capable. Il y a du bruit excessif dans les salles a manger qui vous donne mal à la tête. C’est très écho et insupportable. Donc on sort vite du resto. Je donne 4/10 pour les repas. Spectacle très ordinaire et très ennuyeux. Activité autour de la piscine c’est bien. Personnel de l’hôtel, ils sont extraordinaires et l’hôtel est très bien entretenu. Une chance. Cependant c’est pas un hôtel pour avoir du fun! Le soir on s’ennuie. La plage a été lavé et il en reste presque plus. J’aurai aimer être au courant avant de faire mon choix!"
