Jungle Living Experience
Tulum is a magical destination nestled in the jungle, near the beach. Its exotic, natural surroundings are part of its unique charm. Please note:

All properties are regularly fumigated and cleaned to high standards, but occasional insect encounters may occur. Keep windows closed when away, store food securely, and have natural repellent on hand.
Region 15 is an area under development, so there may be occasional construction noise or service interruptions (electricity/internet).
Renting a car is highly recommended for convenience. The last stretch to Cocay is a 1.5 km dirt road, easily drivable with any vehicle.
For a smoother experience, plan to arrive during daylight hours for check-in.
Additional Services
We provide courtesy amenities like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, garbage bags, and water to get you started, but these are not replenished during your stay.
Daily cleaning services are not included but can be arranged for an extra fee.
