In the condo you can experience an essence of sophistication and exclusivity with every step you take. As a guest you have access to the common areas in the complex and private access to the unit.

All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

The building is located in the hotel zone of Tulum with all the tourist attractions that stand out worldwide for their unique experience.
If you are a lover of walking you can do it within the area although to go to the beach we suggest you rent a bicycle, motorcycle or ATV; in the area there are many places where you can rent them or from your arrival you can rent a car if you prefer.



UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $350 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.

As our guest, you get free access to our exclusive beach club, located at km 9.3 in hotel zone Tulum, one of the most beautiful spots on the coast.

From December 15 to February 15 (high season), a preferred access fee will apply, payable directly at the beach club.

We incliude 20 KW per night on your stay, in case to go over we do charge $8 MXN for each extra KW. You have access to the meters anytime. Its a regular consumption, its just in order to avoid the guest leaves the AC or lights ON while they are not there
