It is NOT necessary to reserve the pools, the rooftop one is exclusive for adults and the main one is family-friendly.

All communication must be done through App messages. There are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to follow up on your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

TO USE THE PARKING, PRIOR REGISTRATION IS REQUESTED AT THE RECEPTION TO RECEIVE THE TAG THAT IDENTIFIES THE CAR.

UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $500 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.
