UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $350 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.
