INFINITO, construit en 2008, est un complexe ultra-moderne situĂ© au cƓur de Playa Del Carmen ... Ă  seulement quelques pas des boutiques, de la vie nocturne et de l’ñme de la 5Ăšme avenue - et Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons de la plage.
Notre piscine sur le toit offre une vue magnifique sur les CaraĂŻbes et sur le Royal Resort.
Il y a des chaises longues pour prendre le soleil et aussi une table et des chaises de patio. Super endroit pour prendre un café le matin.
Si vous cherchez un luxe moderne et le meilleur emplacement en ville, c'est l'endroit oĂč il vous reste. Terminez les matĂ©riaux tels que les planchers et les comptoirs en granit, les salles de bains en verre, les appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable placĂ©s dans des armoires en bois franc brillant et de grands portes-fenĂȘtres coulissantes en verre pour beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle.
Le salon principal de votre condo est une grande cour avec table et chaises de patio ... qui peut ĂȘtre Ă©clairĂ© la nuit pour se divertir ou simplement se dĂ©tendre. Hauts plafonds, design minimaliste, art moderne et lits confortables!
Bien que Playa soit une ville trÚs sûre et tranquille, Infinito maintient une entrée fermée verrouillée. Votre condo a une entrée intérieure privée avec un ascenseur à tous les niveaux. En outre, un parking souterrain privé est prévu pour une voiture pendant votre séjour.
À proximitĂ© ... nous sommes situĂ©s Ă  quelques pas de la cĂ©lĂšbre plage de Mamita, et l'incroyable «5Ăšme Avenue» est Ă  30 mĂštres de votre porte d'entrĂ©e - oĂč vous trouverez tous les meilleurs restaurants, magasins, vie nocturne et culture Ă  Playa Del Carmen.

Il s'agit d'une nouvelle liste pour nous mais, nous avons dû un autre condo à quelques pùtés de maisons pendant 12 ans et avons de nombreux commentaires excellents. Pour voir la recherche d'avis HomeAway listing # 243843
            Nous avons Ă©galement un chauffeur qui peut vous donner un transport aller-retour de l'aĂ©roport pour seulement 60 $ par trajet. Il vous arrĂȘtera mĂȘme par l'Ă©picerie sur le chemin du condo si vous le souhaitez.

Notre manager Erika, ma femme et moi, nous allons toujours le «mile supplémentaire» pour donner à nos hÎtes des vacances formidables.

Emplacement idéal !

Situé prÚs de la plage,à un coin de rue de la 5e avenue,tout en étant à l'écart du bruit. Avons bien profité de la piscine sur le toit avec la vue magnifique. Quelques problÚmes vite résolus dÚs qu'on rejoint la gérante,trÚs bon service. Communication facile avec le propriétaire,répond vite à toutes nos questions avant notre arrivée. Séjour inoubliable, j'y retournerais volontiers avec grand plaisir.

Mexico getaway

I only dealt with Lyle and he was very quick to answer questions and help us out when we asked. This property has a great location. You can’t beat it. I don t feel it was quite a luxury condo as it was advertised. There were patio issues. There was a leak in the front patio prior to our arrival and we were told about it so it wasn’t a surprise. The flooring on the back patio off bedrooms however was very poor and you had to be careful where you walked.

Good location

This is a good location. Condo is as described. Bring batteries (AAA, AA) since remote controls may not work with the dead batteries in the remotes. Don't count on the laundry. The machine is both washer and dryer. After completion of the wash and dry cycles, there was still standing water in the machine. Ran again and the water was removed but the clothes were not dry. Second load, same thing as just mentioned. Ran again and the water was removed but the clothes were not dry. I did not prefer the interactions with the owner.

Great stay

Had a great stay at this property. Location is excellent and the rooftop pool area is a great perk. Communications with host Lyle were timely and quick to respond with questions or concerns. Small issue with air conditioning that was immediately resolved...could've been user error. The only thing I wished for was extra beach towels. There was one for each person but those got nasty after using twice. There is a washer/dryer but we didn't feel like dealing with it so we just rented towels at Mamitas Beach club. Thanks for the great stay!

Comfortable condo in an excellent location

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is in the heart of Playa. You can easily and quickly walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, and shopping, and return to the condo in between to freshen up. It was surprisingly quiet too; we slept very well every night. The air conditioning and beds are super comfortable. The condo’s kitchen is fully equipped (including purified water dispenser/cooler). The condo has plenty of towels, including dish, body, face and beach towels. The pool was a bit too cold for us in December. However, we loved seeing the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the roof patio. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Great place in the heart of Playa and a few steps from 5th Ave. and beaches. The condo is very cozy and have all the amenities you will need for a stay. having a parking spot n the garage was a plus. I will stay again!!

Awesome location and nice rooftop pool

Property is as advertised, plenty of space, good AC and internet. The location is the best thing about this place, 5 minute walk to the beach, very near to the 5th avenue tourist street. Playa in general is very walkable and I was able to get everywhere I wanted to go in 20 minutes on foot. Also thanks so much to Lyle for being so responsive!

Perfect vacation!

This condo was amazing! We had literally no complaints! Everything was exactly as expected and better. Awesome location close to everything, beautiful rooftop pool, we only had to share the area with one other set of guests throughout the week which was nice. The washer and dryer is a nice touch, saved having to pack so much. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone interested in visiting Playa Del Carmen! The locked entrance also made everything feel extra safe. Thanks Lyle and Jan for offering such a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing!!!

Our experience was nothing short of amazing! Lyle and Jan made sure our time spent here was perfect. Everything including the condo, location, rooftop pool, beautiful view, local hospitality, proximity to the beach, and our owners quick responses to minor issues assured our trip was the absolute best! Great value and location. Clean. Quiet pool. Cervercia accross street has affordable food and drink. Got prompt response to and repair of water leak. Only negative was the pictures gave you the impression that would be able to sit in outdoor swinging chairs and that their was hammock. The swinging chairs need replaced/falling apart/ not useable. No hammock. Overall great experience

The property is nicely nestled in the location we prefer to stay in while in Playa. The property was well maintained,clean and safe. We enjoyed the pool area and interacting with other Canadians. While in Playa we rented a car and it was an added convenience to have secure underground parking.

The condo is very clean,well Ă©quiped with a brand new washing drying machine. It is perfectly located close to a major grocery store Mega. It is only one block from the 5th avenue with restaurants of all kinds and to the beach. A great place for vacations.

Nice clean condo close to 5th street. The condo is on the far side of building which means less noise from the bars. Felt very secure and close to the beach too. They were extremely quick to attend to a washer motor malfunction. Also they helped arrange our airport transportation. We would stay here again if coming to Playa Del Carmen.

WONDERFUL STAY! PERFECT LOCATION!

We just returned from a family vacation (kids are 7 and 21) and had a wonderful time in Playa Del Carmen while staying at this condo. The location of this property is exactly what we needed! Everything was within walking distance - we were in the heart of it all! It was great to walk out of the condo building and be one block off 5th avenue where we could find so many options for delicious food and great shopping. And our walk to the beach was close enough to take our own cooler, beach toys, etc..no problem getting to the beach and finding a great spot where we could relax and play! A definite perk with this beach location is that on one side of the pier, there were more waves and we could boogie board, etc. On the other side of the pier, the water was calmer and we could relax and sit in the water with our drinks...really fun to have both options just yards from each other! Also, we were really impressed with the security at the condo. First, we noticed that the condo has its own parking space in a gated parking area under the condo building - how safe and convenient! Then, the building had a locked door to the street so the folks in the condo building and pool area are only those staying at the condo (each night we came back to the condo, they had a security guard stationed at the condo building door - so safe!). We can't say enough about the condo itself. Two full bathrooms were a treat for our family. And all the kitchen amenities were terrific! We ate breakfast each morning in the condo, which made it really easy for us with the kids. Another perk at this condo is that it has a washer and dryer....we didn't use it, but it's great to know that when we return, if we stay longer, we have that option! We love this place and can't wait for our next trip to Playa Del Carmen and Casa Lunita!
