This BEACHFRONT condo is in the EL FARO luxury suites and has the best location in all of Playa Del Carmen as it is located at the landmark Lighthouse site on the beach and only steps to the famous 5th Avenue where you can walk to everything nearby. El Faro is truly unique in that it has the best combination of everything people are looking for in a vacation rental. Being beach front is a great benefit and not only is it on the ocean but its central location in Playa is simply unmatched. Being located on the beach in the heart of Playa at the famous Lighthouse on 10th street is perfect. You may leave your car behind as you can walk to everything, and transportation is excellent. El Faro is situated on a long stretch of the beach, so it is like you are tucked away in an oasis right in the heart of all the action. The famous 5th avenue is so close that you probably won't even break a sweat on the short walk even on a hot day. But don't worry even if you do start to perspire the ocean is literally only a few steps away waiting to cool you off. Or if you can't make it past the sand to the beach you can stop and take a swim in the amazing pool. All joking aside the setting is quite spectacular and you simply won't find another property in Playa that has such a large pool and garden area that is so close to everything and is situated on such a desired section of the beach.

The condo itself has one of the best locations in the El Faro complex and has breathtaking unobstructed views of the ocean. There are direct ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and ample terrace. The condo is tastefully decorated with a little Caribbean fun but overall, it is fairly neutral and has a universal appeal. There is a full-size kitchen that is completely equipped with everything that you would expect. You'll find all the amenities to make you feel at home such as air conditioning, wireless internet, flat screen TV's or you can just sit outside on the terrace listening to the waves roll onto the shore and watch the people and boats go by as the quiet breeze whispers to you that this is some place very special...

Great location

Condo super nice.Location is excellent downtown with in walling distance to most everything. Very relaxing vacation. Only downside some restaurants and businesses give foreigners a up to a 100 percent up charge. Ask other guests where to eat.

Great beach front property

This location was amazing . The condo unit was well equip . It was great to have a cleaning service every other day of our stay. We loved that the unit was right on the beach . The balcony was large and had a propane bbq which is rare for Mexico. The owners were always there to help with any question we might have had. The staff on the property were very kind and it was a super safe place to stay

The location is worth every penny, you are just steps away from excellent restaurants, bars and clubs, and the best part is that the unit is well tucked all way into the property, making it super quiet, that you dont hear all the loud music from the bars outside

Just Perfect!

Our first time in Mexico and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay. The location is wonderful being close to 5th Avenue without hearing any noise and the views from the large balcony - just stunning! This property is unique as it has 2x large rooms with enough space for 2x double beds in the second room (perfect if you have older kids), whereas others in the complex have 2x en-suite bedrooms but the 2nd room as much smaller. Loads of storage, well-equipped kitchen, beds comfortable, showers wonderful, cool bottled water supplied & regular room cleans, although the tipping suggestion from the cleaner was more than we pay back home! If we had one suggestion it would be to change the sofa, not at all comfortable but we didn't use it too much Great communication from the new owners, they were so helpful & they took the time to check-in with us to make sure all was well during our stay. So many places to eat & drink nearby with a beach bar right next door. Luckily on the other side of the complex, so you get no noise from this at the apartment. We had such a wonderful holiday & would unquestionably want to stay here again if we ever return to Playa Del Carmen
