The properties in this region offer a mix of modern amenities and natural surroundings, with many surrounded by lush jungle and offering stunning views of the surrounding area.

Getting Around:
There are multiple ways of getting around Tulum. The following are our recommendations depending on your priorities and where you plan on exploring:

ATVs:
- Fun and safe way to travel around the city, especially on Tulum's bumpy roads.
- Rental cost is approximately $80 per day.

CAR RENTAL
- The safest way to get around, but some unpaved roads in Tulum and the Beach/Hotel Zone may not be suitable for all cars.
- Rental cost can range from $80 to $200 depending on the model.

SCOOTER
- The fastest means of transportation, but may not be the safest option.
Rental cost is around $40 per day.

TAXIS
- An easy option, but can become costly over time.
- The cost of a 3-person taxi from the property to the beach zone is approximately $40.
