Accueil au vin mousseux à l’arrivée mais aucun surclassement offert. Nous avions une chambre swim out nous avons vraiment apprécié. L’endroit est bien, ce n’est pas le grand luxe mais pour le prix payé c’est plus que parfait. La nourriture est de façon générale bonne et variée. Certains employés sont exceptionnels d’autres vraiment ordinaires…. Mais viennent nous servir dans la piscine de nos chambres ce qui était innatendu et très apprécié! Les spectacles de bonne qualité l’animation présente une ambiance générale très bien. Notre vol était très tard (minuit) nous avons eu accès à la chambre jusqu’à 17h sans frais (VIP avantage expédia) et au Check out personne n’a coupé nos bracelets nous avons pu profiter du resort jusqu’à 20h30!

Belle présentation pour la nourriture mais pas mangeable moi qui mange jamais dans les buffets j’allais manger au buffet après le repas. Dans la suite même pas capable d’avoir une couverture les serviettes de plage pas changé vraiment déçu de cette suite. Pour y avoir été il y a quelques années plus jamais je vais remettre les pieds là

La propreté des lieux et le service sont impeccables ainsi que la qualité la nourriture! Malheureusement la plage était couverte d’algues et très rocailleuses. Aussi, les draps ou le matelas était très odorant comme une forte odeur d’humidité.

This was a birthday trip for my husband. We had a great time. Very clean very quiet. Staff is very helpful and kind. Our only surprise was that men have a dress code in the restaurant's. Long pants, close toes shoe and no tank tops. I on the other hand could wear whatever I wanted.

Property exceeding my expectations for the price. Upon arrival we were welcomed with our VIP Expedia free drink and cool towels. Check in was super easy, room was very big and clean. We also had a balcony view which I didn’t expect. The food options were great the restaurants were pretty decent, the breakfast and dinner buffet was okay nothing great but also nothing to complain about. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were able to help us with our excision information and transportation too and from the airport. The over all grounds were really well kept. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach but they did there best to clean it in the mornings, come evening it was piled up again but that’s out of their control. It was also nice having access to the sister resort, they offer jet ski rentals down on their beach which was awesome. The night club was kinda ehh but if you drink enough it’s fun lol, the fire show was really cool. The pool activities and pool area were very nice. Overall a great vacation for the price. I would stay again

If you want a beach AT ALL, go somewhere else. I've never seen such a mess. The seaslug and seaweed was so extreme that you could not walk the beach and could not get in the water. It smelled like raw sewage. Unclean grounds. Trash, empty cups, cigarette butts, wrappers and everything you can imagine laying everywhere in the common areas and in planters for DAYS. Housekeeping took our towels (including pool towels) every day and we had to go to the front desk (who didn't answer our phone call for a straight 15 minute attempt) to request replacements. Such an inconvenience and disappointment. You can tell that this probably USE TO BE a nice place...it's not being properly cared for. Staff seems grumpy and not customer service focused like we have experienced in other resorts in this area. The ONLY staff member worth the stay was the bartender Jeremias in the bar attached to LaBruchetta. Go anywhere else - Give someone else your money.

This resort was absolutely amazing! From the minute we got there we were greeted with cold towels and champagne making the welcoming feel excellent from the start. Excellent food choices that were changed daily at the buffet and the Rodeo grill was the best! Spa was very good and the daily activities were awesome. Always night shows or events that were great. Room cleaning daily was very good and facility was clean and well kept up with. No complaints here as this was an excellent resort that I would highly recommend to my friends and family!

The staff was accommodating and professional . We were upgraded to a room with jacuzzi . The room was walking distance to the pool with swim up bar . There were several pools to choose from . All the restaurants were close and had great choices , even for those who were vegan/vegetarian . The drinks were great ! I loved the passion fruit margaritas . The breakfast buffet was the best in my opinion . Lunch and dinner were hit or miss . The Rodeo Grill was nothing to write home about . The ocean was ok . I walked a bit further down to the sister property and enjoyed the water since the Yucatán entrance was a bit rocky and had a bunch of seaweed . The nightly entertainment was pretty good . Reggae Night and the Fire Show are nights you should arrive early for good seats .

This was one of the worse stays I’ve had in my life. The food was horrible. If you like Italian pasta served with bean sprouts every time this is the place for you! Service is VERY hit or miss. There are some amazing people who work here and seem to really care about the guests - on the other hand, there are some others who really don’t care at all. The Air conditioner barely works and they will not try to help with offering a fan - they actually told me they have no fans that they could offer for our stay which is hard to believe in Mexico. Overall I would not recommend and I will not be back.

food was very good! not a real 5 star. No towel service, pool chairs are dirty, swim outs are in the same pool as everyone, nothing private. Had no hot water for a week. Room service took minimum an hour to arrive. No waiter service around the pools, only when the barman decides to go around but then no one at the bar. fun week, friendly staff, good food but not a 5 star.

Service was great there was only one staff member whom I felt was rude and one that didn’t want to be there every other staff member was smiling and happy to help us with anything The food could have been way better the food at the buffet was cold unless you waited for the fresh items to be cooked for you

If you are looking to relax on your next vacation, this is the place. They have diverse food options with their 6 restaurants, the area is around the resort is secluded and quiet, and have amazing and professional staff that help you right away. I'll be bringing my parents and sister here next time.

We loved this Wonderful resort that had extra perks with access to all three resorts as Platinum Princess! It was very relaxing and beautiful landscape with nature and lots of pools to enjoy. All the staff were professional and went beyond to serve us or answer questions. Our room was housekeeped every day with clean towels and toiletries. I liked the walk in shower and bath!!
