On the other hand, regarding our Star Camp, allow us to mention that every child is provided with exclusive care, attention and safety. It is important to mention that our restaurants operate under a system of different schedules in order to create a personalized dining experience. However, we can assure you that our team does everything in its power to assist our guests and find available spaces, since gastronomy is one of the pillars of our chain and it is essential for us that our guests enjoy our cuisine.Allow us to explain that we are proud to be an eco-friendly resort and we try to create awareness of our environment by making different ecological practices through our Wave of Change movement. The temperature in our rooms is set to 22C and they work with motion sensors in order to reduce the environmental impact. However, we kindly ask our guests to call our Guest Service department so they can assist you to set up the AC to the lowest temperature. Once again, we thank you for your feedback. Allow us to mention that we have a policy that forbids reserving the sunbeds and in case someone reserves them for more than one hour without using them, our staff will kindly remove towels and personal belongings from them. We regret that some of our guests do not follow this policy well, however, we can assure you that everyday our staff does everything in their hands to verify this internal policy is being followed. It is important to say that Iberostar thinks about the needs and requirements of all our guests and, therefore, we have different resorts with different concepts at your disposal. You’ll find the same consistent level of service that distinguishes Iberostar, along with beautiful facilities.
