En un momento dude en hospedarme ahí… ya que leí comentarios donde daban preferencia al extranjero. Nuestra experiencia fue increíble… muy bonito hotel, excelentes amenidades, restaurantes perfectos y la atención del personal de primera. Sin duda es nuestro nuevo lugar favorito y mil veces volveríamos!!

El lugar esta muy bonito. Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado. Tiene muchas cosas que hacer. Desde las albercas de todo tipo, playground, shows, etc. Los restaurantes son muy ricos y tienen una rica y gran variedad. La gente es amable. Lo unico es que el check in fue un poco lento. Llegamos al hotel a las 11am, yo esperaba un checkim como en el Sunrise. No fue asi. Nos dijeron que nos iban a avisar cuando nuestra habitacion estuviera lista pero nonfue asi. Nadie estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Hasta las 4pm que fuimos a preguntar nos confirmaron la habitacion. Las maletas nos las entregaron hasta las 5:30 pm y pue un poco inconveniente ya que no podiamoa ponernos los trajes de baño para ir a nadar con nuestro niño. Fuera de ese pequeño incidente, nuestra estancia fue muy placentera.

Todo bien, los niños se la pasan increíble en todo el parque acuario. Solo para ir al mar nunca fue posible por ser bandera roja casi todo el tiempo.

It was our first time at this property and heard so many good things about it from family and friends. Kids had a blast and enjoyed the water park the most but not very happy with the housekeeping and room service, we check in and 3 days after no one came cleaned and changed beds or take the dirty towels I had to call 3 times and room service they take forever I call 2 times till I get the thing. Overall it’s ok.

Great resort. It was not busy, and they werendoing maintenance on a couple of rooms. Got an upgrade to a villa. The adults only pool is a must if not with children. If with children, waterpark is a must. We will go back.

staff stinks, rooms and hotel is poorly maintained. the only redeeming character is their food. I feel bad for people who fall for their VIP, as there is nothing VIP about it. Rooms and patio have paint dripping everywhere. And you will most likely told that racoons are friend here in mexico when you confront one in the hallway eating leftovers that were not cleaned.

We stayed here during our family reunion of 20 people. Overall, the resort was good and there was a lot to do for the kids. I expected the service to be a little better but it was mediocre. I did have to call room service to have our room re-cleaned when we arrived as there were a few dead bugs and a lot of dust hanging around. I found the lobby to be well maintained but maybe the actual rooms are just a bit outdated.

I liked this property very much! We had shuttles going from all three hotels which was very convenient. The only extreme downside to this property, was the two double beds feature! I read reviews prior to choosing this property and people complaining about this feature as well, we knew when we booked, however staying 12 nights, this did not make this the best experience ever. Having two young children, we both had to bunk with them and they both took over our beds! Other than the bed experience, this hotel is top notch.

The property was beautiful, the rooms were nice and spacious and there were a variety of food options. The negative would be as soon as we got there and checked in they wanted to sell us a time share and continued asking for a few days. Then at checkout you get someone trying to sell you something else. We don’t want to fly all day and then get bombarded with all of that.

it is a massive resort with tons of quality restaurants and a huge water park that keep you and your kids busy for the whole day! food quality and verity is high! you don't get bored at the resort at all and you can enjoy its well-equipped gym and massive SPA! the only complain is about the room cleanness and lack of punctuality in service.
