This executive home overlooks a protected estuary / wildlife sanctuary. Staying at this exclusive home will allow you full access to the Mayan and Grand Mayan facilities that includes 5 star restaurants, lazy river, swim up bar, heated pools, year round indoor heated pool, full service spa, kids club, tennis, fully equipped fitness center and access to world class golf on the 18 hole Jack Nicklaus golf course situated on the Pacific Ocean and a natural estuary on the Grand Mayan Resort. Discounts on tee-times are provided for guests. The resort also offers daily activities (bingo, card games, beach volleyball, drink mixing courses, painting - etc) and special events throughout the year that can include concerts, live music and various entertainment. This area is about a 20 mile drive to downtown Rocky Point and is only 4 miles from the Mar de Cortez International airport.

You and your family can enjoy the luxury and exclusive Vidanta Grand Mayan Palace Resort by day and relax in your private home at the Mayan Lakes gated community. You will love the old-world charm of the professionally decorated home and furnishings with a Spanish / Santa Fe feel. The home is fully equipped and includes Stainless Steel kitchen and appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There is WiFi and 3 TV's for streaming. (Smart TV and Fire Sticks). In addition, the home features 2 pools (non-heated), one of which is a side yard splash pool/jacuzzi tub and the second is a larger pool for swimming and relaxing. Also, as the sun goes down, enjoy happy hour or night-time star gazing from the rooftop patio, which features a fireplace and wet bar. At night (because there is no light pollution) the show you get from the stars is unbelievable – Meteor showers, satellites, constellations and the Milky Way all show themselves with grandeur. There is also a gas and charcoal BBQ so you can grill your own shrimp or head to the Mayan 5-star restaurants.

This serene community is surrounded by the estuary and nature reserve, which fills up and down twice a day with the changing tides. This twice-daily occurrence brings all kinds of birds, animals and fish to the backyard. Guests are welcome to use the kayaks at the home to enjoy the scene.

You will need to register at the resort when you arrive to receive wristbands for your access and use of the Grand Mayan Resort and all of its amenities. Our home can comfortably sleep 7 people.
Beds for 7- possibly 8 with children. All guests must pre-register when booking to be receive Grand Mayan access and wrist bands.

We supply only a small supply of paper products so bring some along. Beach toys and towels are good to bring too.
