As vacationers ourselves, Micael, Angie, Sonia and I know that if something goes wrong, you can't "re-take" your vacation. Therefore, as hosts, we only have one opportunity to get it right for you. From your first contact with us to the last time you close the door behind you to go home, we can help you plan and enjoy your vacation. You may have already seen our photos. Beautiful images, don’t you think? But something important is missing. You and the one you love. Give us the opportunity to welcome you, so that you can create your own beautiful memories in this charming condominium or even in other magnificent apartments that we put at your disposal.

This is a quaint studio in the heart of Playa del Carmen. You have a kitchen with all the necessities to cook homemade meals but also located just a few steps from exquisite restaurants. Please note that there is no oven, but only a hot plate. Anyways your spouse just might want to take a vacation from this chore! Especially with so many wonderful restaurants so close by.

A secluded private patio for romantic evenings or early morning breakfasts. A comfortable king size bed in a tastefully decorated studio apartment. A well-equipped bathroom with all the necessary amenities. This apartment has everything that you need to create unforgettable memories.

Then there is the rooftop! A picture is worth a thousand words. The rooftop and the apartment are self-sufficient to spend all of your vacations without leaving the building! An infinity swimming pool looking towards the sea. A dining area. And a gym with the best-looking view that I have ever seen! A breath-taking rooftop is awaiting you. Just wait till you see the sun rising over the horizon of the Caribbean Sea. Or the reflection of the moon on the waters. This place is magical! This place is Mayan Dreams!
Guest access
Along with the apartment, our guests have full access to the roof-top swimming pool and all roof-top facilities, which include lounge chairs, dining tables, outdoor shower, and a gym. Don’t forget, an amazing view!
Other things to note
There is a laundry service within 4 minutes of walking distance. It’s called B&B and is located on 15 Ave between Calle 14 Nte and Calle 12 Nte.

Also, a parking garage with fees is located practically next door on Calle 14 Nte between 10 Ave and 15 Ave. It’s called Via Tendenza Garage.

The world-famous Coco Bongo discotheque is 4 minutes away on Calle 12 Nte and 10 Ave.

The ferry boat to go to Cozumel is 15 minutes walking distance.

Please note that the common area amenities such as the jacuzzi or the gym are not under our control, but rather under the building administration's control. Also like any other building element, things do break and need repairs. Sometimes getting qualified personnel can take several days. Therefore, although we do list as amenities the spa, the sauna, or even the gym it is possible that these amenities may not be available because they are broken. Rest assured that the building administration always does the best that it can to restore as quickly as possible the use of these amenities for our guests.
