Consequently, at check-in, an additional fee was applied for the extra guests. Rest assured that your comments have been forwarded to the relevant departments for further review and improvement.Please know that the reception did not cancel your reservation but rather adjusted the arrival date to accommodate you at the day and hour of your arrival.Expedia indicated that your arrival was scheduled for April 15th. However, we understand that you arrived on April 14th at 11:00 PM. Due to our check-in policy, which begins at 3:00 PM, your reservation was not reflected in the arrivals for that day. Therefore, your room should have been made available on April 15th starting at 3:00 PM.
