Très belles et grandes chambres avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Le seul point négatif c est le buffet. Très peu de choix et très très bruyant...une horreur. Dommage car vraiment c est un hôtel magnifique

Un bel hotel, bonne bouffe, belle plage. Notre drain de douche était bouché , il avait de l’eau partout . Ils sont veni le déboucher sommairement, mais pas tout à fait et ils ont ensuite laissé toutes les serviettes mouillées et sales sur le plancher sans nettoyer. Le reste était super et le personnel très gentil

The staff at the Melia was top notch. We got excellent service and everyone was very friendly and attentive. The beach area was fantastic and our room was just steps away from it. We would stay with them again. We were not thrilled with the food. More of the same stuff for both lunch and dinner.

Very nice property with a great view. Very windy while we were there. I understand the need to pay extra to have certain drinks but we had to upgrade just to get towels from the adult pool area. Unacceptable.

Roberto was amazing and helped us with all our needs especially after we got into a scooter accident. Roberto went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you so much! For sure will come back and absolutely loved this place. Probably one of the better beaches on the island and amazing food! The bartenders were also amazing and friendly Santiago for sure one of our favorites!

We have now stayed at the Melia twice in the past 5 weeks. It’s the best on Cozumel. The staff is the best Ive ever experienced, and specifically Alfonso and Hector in the Level, and Jorge our waiter every morning at the Fish House. We never wanted for anything! The rooms are excellent, the food is fine for all inclusive, but the drinks are on point! Santos the bartender is incredible! From the moment you arrive until you leave, you’re taken care of. The beach is expansive, and while it’s on the north end so not clear like Cielo, at least you have a massive beach to enjoy, unlike most other hotels in Cozumel where it’s tiny and rocky. My husband and I got couples massages 3 times from Abril and Candi, they are outstanding! Make sure you upgrade to the Level, it’s not a huge cost difference, but it makes a huge difference in your overall experience. The entire resort is spotless, and there are always people cleaning. The entertainment provided is outstanding as well. We also bought a photo session for some friends and the pictures and results were remarkable. Take a walk every afternoon to visit the resort iguanas. They love apples, and I’m sure they’re missing us with our daily apple and veggie treats. Sunsets are hands down the best from this resort. We will be back in a few months and there’s nowhere else I would stay on the island. You won’t regret choosing this resort for your stay in Cozumel!

Pros: amazing staff! Definitely upgrade to the Level , loved the beach/pool beds you can reserve, my husband loved being able to get top shelf liquor, your room is cleaned and restocked daily, if theres something you want .. ask they will do there best. Enjoyed the beach and pool staff .. very attentive, easy to get a taxi ( which is 10.00. Nightly shows decent. Breakfast buffet great, or you have option for a sit down in one of there restaurants., you can book excursions at the resort, there is a spa for massages and facials. Cons: the beach area sometimes has seaweed and the snorkling is not good right in front of the resort.. BUT! If you walk to the left on the other side of the pier the snorkling is awesome and water is clear. Lunch and dinner buffet is nothing fancy and there’s chicken chicken every meal with different sauces each day. So we did eat at bocannos which was yummy and the upscale. Definitely would stay again but will try a couple others first

Food was good and service was great. Bartenders made sure you were taken care of. One of the things I liked best is there were plenty of seats by the pool and on the beach. You didn't have to set your towel on the chairs at 7am to make sure you had a seat that day. Not a lot of night time entertainment for adults but only 8 min taxi ride to the Port. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff made every effort to be friendly and helpful, way beyond expectations often. Food was always good, fresh, and available. Plenty of easy snorkeling right off the pristine beach or a short walk north or south. This is our choice destination for future trips to Cozumel.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Melia! It was wonderful to have an incredibly beautiful beach just steps from our room. You can see the sunset perfectly every night. There was some seaweed that washed up on the shore but mostly in the evenings, the staff kept up with clearing it from the beach daily. The morning water was clear and blue! The staff was absolutely incredible the entire time. So welcoming, friendly and very helpful! The property was clean and well maintained, there was always someone cleaning or working on something. The buffet was abundant at all times and the three onsite restaurants were great. Only downfall was that you could only make one reservation at the restaurants for every 3 nights. There was entertainment every night right at the hotel, wonderful shows put on and afterwards a DJ with different themes music nights. The pools were beautiful and clean, they are not heated and there is no hot tub for the evening which would have been nice. There is one adult only pool with pool bar overlooking the beach and one family friendly one in the back with lots of kids activities and entertainment throughout the resort. I would recommend Melia!

Very clean and accommodations were great with great service. Santiago and Alfonso took good care of us. The food and drinks were awesome! The only issue we had was getting coffee in the morning. They should have some type of convenient coffee bar.

I had a good time during my stay at Melia Cozumel! It’s a bit small compared to some of the resorts I’ve stayed at in Cancun — there’s three restaurants and one of them is the buffet. The reservation system is odd in that the number of reservations you are "allowed" depends on how many nights you're staying. Because I was 4 nights, we got two reservations. The other two nights, you can pay $15 taxi to the Centro, or eat the OK dinner at the buffet. Dinner at Fish House was excellent though! Food overall was pretty good. The ocean view is gorgeous and worth it. The rooms themselves need to be updated. The furniture is worn and a bit old, the bathrooms average. The service was great everywhere— housekeeping, bartenders, servers— all were amazing and so friendly. The only people who were a bit unhelpful were the people at check-in who didnt properly explain the reservation system, where to pick up towels, hotel events, etc (and I was speaking Spanish). The beach is gorgeous. Some days it has seaweed but the hotel takes care of the seaweed. Recommend walking along the beach— there is a beach next door with crystal clear water and and amazing fish! Overall— I had a pleasant stay and the property is beautiful. Great for families. I took points off for the outdated rooms and the limited food options for dinner. It’s also a bit far from most of the excursions on the island (30min drive).

ALL the Staff are super friendly and helpful. The resort is relaxed and very clean. Food was pretty good for all inclusive. For a quick 6 day vacation this is a perfect spot to unwind.

Guest service female. Scolded me about her having to get up and retrieve two beach towels for me. Told me dye was only going to get them this time. Next time I had to get them from the pool boy. I had already tried to get them from the pool boy. I explained to her he wasn’t there. She didn’t believe me. Stay five days. Only allowed to eat in good restaurant twice. No shuttle to or from airport Most staff were very considerate. Tulum excursion was a disaster.

The property was older but very well maintained. Everyone was very pleasant, but most did not go above and beyond like other all-inclusives. Jorge was amazing as server. It was disappointing that the level side pool was adults only and had we known this we would have chosen another resort that would have better accommodated a family. Hours were somewhat restricted (e.g. coffee shop opens at 11 am). All in all our stay was good but could have been excellent with issues above addressed.

First time at an all- inclusive and this property did not disappoint my spouse and I. We reserved Level Grand Premium and were assigned a concierge Hector who attended to all our needs and was very good. The room was very clean and large The staff at restaurants house keeping, luggage, grounds keeping and front, at the pool were all excellent The white sand beech was beautiful and large no coral and cleaned every morning. We walked the beech to adjacent hotels and they did not have a sandy beech additionally they had a nasty smell due to algae growing on the coral at the beech. the buffet was very good - plenty of selection and the main courses changed every day, although some days much better options than others but overall very good. My hat off to the property / hotel manager as it must be very challenging to keep up this level of service. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back at Melia again Area of improvement in my opinion. One of the two elevators was always out of service. Once both were out of service and had to use the stairs to our 7th floor room(total 12 floors) I am vegetarian, my wife is not,, although I could always find something on salad bar to eat , not much choices unless uou want to eat pasta and potato and rice or some variation every day. There is an excellent fish restauran with 500 me. of the hotel, my wife love sea food and we just walked there a couple of times and both times the chef prepared a great vedie dish for me(not on menu)

Small and quiet - but can tell it is a smaller property. No wait staff unless you are part of Level. Limited options for restaurants. Buffet was essentially same food over and over without much variation for theme nights. It wasn’t terrible, but also wasn’t great.
