Incredible hotel, well thought out with attention to detail. Our butler Jean-Luc was extremely helpful and reactive with all of our requests. Loved that it was smaller occupancy compared to other hotels in the area, with plenty of opportunities to see flora & fauna. We really enjoyed the meal at Woodend, breakfast was great, but found the lunch/dinner food at Casa Mayor to be a bit mediocre. Allez y les yeux fermés

Very good setting but small beach. Not many additional activites provided by the hotel . You will easily end up in the nice pools doing very little. Very nice to go around with their bikes but be careful with the cart going around

Rooms with beautiful ocean view, staff very nice and helpful, very large pools - breakfast complete. Ocean was full of sargassum in front of the hotel but we managed to find a clean spot by walking a bit past the Hard Rock Hotel. And Isla Mujeres with crystalline waters is not far anyway.
