« I absolutely loved this hotel! Costumer service was amazing everyone was super friendly! They have a security gate and made us feel so safe! Our studio suite was very clean and housekeeping made sure it stayed that way every day! The location was perfect only 5 min from the ADO bus station and in walking distance from Mercado 28 and Parque las Palapas! We had a few drinks at the pool and they were really good! Overall a really quiet place to enjoy without any crowds! »

« Very beautiful kind of spanish inspired property (wood, stone, ceramic) located just a little outside Cancun Centro, in a very quiet street.
The Room and the house are very well kept, super clean. Beatiful kitchen and common Areas.
I found it difficult to get the arrival instructions, since they were sent to me the day of my arrival, at 3 in the afternoon.
The passwords to open the gate and the front door were sent on an application that i am not familiar with, Octorate, so i actually never...

« Great location downtown with amazing staff. Most of the amenities you could want are onsite including masseuse, bar, and restaurant. Anything else is a short walk, Uber, DiDi or taxi ride away. The rooms are super clean as well. »
"Really noisy, thereâs a dog living on the other side of the street and barks all night, and because of the hotelâs shape, we hear it very well! Mind you we were on the third floor, far from the street, and we were hearing it very well because of the echo. Same for every other noises."
