1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. Right on the Beach

The condo was clean and roomy with great views of the ocean and town. The two bedrooms were nice and had good beds. The den bed was ok for a child but not an adult. When we arrived, the three bathrooms had no hot water at the sinks and one of the sinks had just a trickle of water. A maintenance person came got hot water to the main bath sink and fixed the trickle to flow correctly. He left as authorization was needed to get the supply hoses for the hot water in the other two bathrooms. A different maintenance person a few days later and got hot water to the sink in a second bath but it then had no cold water. Some more days later I was told that that they could not get hot water to the sinks because “the installation comes like that”. This is a little inconvenient, but livable. Lastly, the Wi-Fi worked fine when we arrived but after a few days it slowly got more and more spotty, to finally not working at all for the last 8-10 days of our 20 days total. It finally came back on the last evening we were there. All of the people with the property management company were nice and friendly but just didn’t get taken care of. The property manager, (Naya), did request a credit from the owner for the Wi-Fi issue, which was credited to our credit card.
