Bucerias is a charming, small beach town where almost all destinations are conveniently walkable. For locations further away, we suggest using ride-hailing services like Uber. Alternatively, you can arrange a pick-up with a local taxi.

For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..
1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. The actual condo is certainly not what is represented in the ad. I was lead to believe I would be getting an ocean view condo with a large balcony. Instead I received a view of a noisy major road, with a tiny balcony you wouldn't want to sit on anyways as it's so noisy. The surrounding area is in a state of revitalization, and though it felt safe, there is a lot of construction, rough roads, and unwalkable sidewalks. The host was dismissive of my complaints and never even responded when I reported my balcony door lock was broken. The pool on the roof is nice and has a good view. The room itself was in good condition with all of the amenities I would expect though a safe would have been nice. This is a great destination for 55 looking to travel on a budget and aren't expecting resort like landscaping and maintenance. Lots of restaurants in the area so you won't starve, though the closest grocery store is a 35 minute walk away. There is a convenience store across the road.

This property is new, clean and modern studio apartment. It is situated within a close walk to the beach and has chairs and an umbrella for your convenience. It is however situated facing a very busy intersection with loud traffic. Some of the new features had glitches including; hot showers and cooking both setting off fire alarms. The dryer also quit working the last day. The rooftop pool was very nice but it was very cool even to hearty Alaskans. Lastly, the communication regarding the multiple alarms was poor. We were locked out for several hours our first evening and could not reach anyone to get in. The code provided was not correct. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
