Un excellent rapport qualité prix.
Noua avons été neuf jours en fin mars début avril 2018.Nous étions dans la section Preffered club qui est obligatoire si vous désirez avoir accès au lit habanas sur la plage. Plage qui est magnifique. Le personnel est attentif et les resto sont bons mais de plutôt quatre étoiles mais pour le prix de notre séjour était bien.Nous avions une petite piscine avec accès direct à la mer.

tres jolie resort mais une odeur de moisi dans le chamber. Les orilliers sur le lit tienent une odeur de transpiration. si no trés belle plage et piscine. Les restaurant trés bien aussi. Le personnele trés sympa et gentille. Le golf magnifique.

This was a great vacation getaway. The property is a little outdated and the food is just ok. We ventured over to the Dreams resort and the Brazilian steakhouse was amazing! I will say the Dreams resort seemed nicer and had options I felt would have been more appreciated at the adults only Secrets location. The staff was amazing and attended to your every need!!! I will say staff at all the Secrets resorts I have visited have been amazing. Shout out to Thomas the golf cart driver he made the golf cart ride fun!!! Overall it’s a nice resort.

This was our second time to this location - we love the attention to detail, the upkeep of the gardens and landscape. It's very well looked after. We noticed a few things need upgrading but understand that there are renovations planned for 2025. We're looking forward to seeing the changes!

I love Secret properties ocean water view niece and clean, I don’t like secret customer service and food buffet service need to improve with more friendly and treat all travelers all the world ask respect . At the first day you arrive they treat you well, but in a few days go by they not treat you right, they treat you like no respect . We are here for vacation, we here relaxed, and enjoying food. Buffet restaurants food needs more verities , I stay in secret for weeks and the food have the same variety every day. I spend almost $5000 on this trip including air, resort,tips, and extra meals. I been to Cancun resorts 4 time the fourth . Would I like the recommendation my family and friends to go come to stay in this resort, maybe not but all depending what you are vacation for.thanks

Great food. Poolside bartender DENIS was the best. Remembered everything we ordered. Only thing that could be better is the variety of entertainment. No entertainment catered to Americans. Other than that very good resort to relax.

Great place, very happy with the service, the people, the restaurants etc. Only thing we thought was really bad was the charges if you need something like for example, a razor blade or sun screen. It's disgusting what they charge. I understand making money but the amount they charge for these is horrible and should NOT be allowed.

The staff in the resturant were not very accomonding to our group becauase we had 8 people. So every time we went to eat, it was a struggle to set up for table of 8.

Also, for large groups, we always recommend to avoid rush hours in our restaurants and go from 06:00 p.m. to 07:00 p.m. or from 09:30 to ahead. El hotel tiene excelente playa y vistas. En general es muy buen hotel, pero como en todo hay areas de oportunidad, algunos restaurantes no tienes tan buena comida y hay algunas areas del hotel que ya necesitan remodelar o restaurar.
