Aldea Zama is an area full of style that makes Tulum quiet live, located 20 minutes from the beach by bike and 10 minutes by car.

We suggest you rent a bicycle, motorcycle or ATV; in the area there are many places where you can rent them or from your arrival you can rent a car if you prefer.

The rate you have paid includes 10kw of electricity per day, in case of exceeding that consumption, we charge $8mxn per extra KW.

UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $350 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.

Tulum is a destination in constant development and growth, which makes it truly unique and special.
However, this ongoing evolution can sometimes present challenges related to local infrastructure.

Some basic services such as hot water, electricity, internet, or water pressure may experience occasional temporary interruptions due to external factors or ongoing work in the area.
These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.

Exclusive Access to Our Beach Club

As our guest, you have free access to our exclusive beach club, located at kilometer 9.3 in Tulum’s hotel zone—one of the most beautiful spots on the coast.

Restaurant: Open daily from 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM

Important:
Free access is available until December 14.
From December 15 to February 15 (high season), a preferred access fee will apply, payable directly at the beach club
Smoke-free room.
No noise allowed after 10:00 p.m.
Pool and rooftop hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Do not hang towels or clothes on the balconies.
The use of amenities is exclusive to guests.
Visitor access is only permitted with official identification and is limited depending on the type of unit booked.
Please make reasonable use of the towels as we do not change them daily, keep them as clean as you would like to find them. If towels are stained, damaged or lost, replacement cost will be charged.
All communication must be done through Airbnb messages. We are several people in charge of messages with you, the guests, and we need to use the same channel to follow up on your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.
