Tulum Sunrise/Private Plunge Pool

Incredible brand new 1 BR with a private pool, in the heart of Aldea Zama, with confortable amenities such as rooftop, sunbeds, infinity pool.

The unit is fully furnished, equipped kitchen, amenities, bath towels, pool towels, a very comfortable sofa bed from where you can enjoy an afternoon of work or rest. Private pool next to the room and a common rooftop with an amazin infinity pool and a space to exercise.

You have access to our roof, exclusive use of our guests, where you can enjoy the pool, the excercise room, take a sunbath inside and outside the pool, and enjoy an amazing sunset facing our property.

You will stay in one of the areas with the highest added value in Tulum, surrounded by restaurants, Yoga centers, Coworking, super markets, green areas, and stylish clothing stores. Aldea Zama is an area full of style that makes Tulum live, located 20 minutes from the beach by bike and 10 minutes by car.

If you are a lover of walking you can do it within the area although to go to the beach we suggest you rent a bicycle, motorcycle or ATV; in the area there are many places where you can rent them or from your arrival you can rent a car if you prefer.

There no elevator available.

We will access the unit on Tuesday and Friday for pool maintenance, so the pool can have proper function.

We incliude 10 KW per night on your stay, in case to go over we do charge $8 MXN for each extra KW. You have access to the meters anytime. Its a regular consumption, its just in order to avoid the guest leaves the AC or lights ON while they are not there.

UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $350 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.
Tulum is a destination in constant development and growth, which makes it truly unique and special.
However, this ongoing evolution can sometimes present challenges related to local infrastructure.

Some basic services such as hot water, electricity, internet, or water pressure may experience occasional temporary interruptions due to external factors or ongoing work in the area.
These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.

Exclusive Access to Our Beach Club

As our guest, you have free access to our exclusive beach club, located at kilometer 9.3 in Tulum’s hotel zone—one of the most beautiful spots on the coast.

Restaurant: Open daily from 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM

- Common pool hours: from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
