Only a short 10-minute drive separates you from the renowned beach road, ensuring easy access to Tulum's famed coastline (bumpy unpaved roads are not uncommon in as our small town is now turning into a city)

Within a brief 10-minute journey in the opposite direction lies La Veleta, a coveted area brimming with lively restaurants, charming cafes, and pathways weaving through lush jungle landscapes. Equally close is Aldea Zama, granting exclusive access to a vibrant residential enclave. A few minutes further leads you to Tulum Center, the bustling heart of this lively town. Most guests rent a car, scooter, or ATV's

There is free parking available for the unit. A vehicle is necessary to reach most surrounding areas comfortably. We recommend renting a scooter for the most efficient and exhilarating way to explore the area!

Wildlife Abounds: Tulum is home to a diverse range of creatures, from sea turtles to jungle-dwelling species.
