I was very underwhelmed with my stay having been to two other all inclusive hotels in the area. Firstly, the beach here is practically unusable and this is not clear when booking. Chairs are not even setup on the beach, I just pulled one down since I didn’t want to be trapped at the pool all day. The parrot, Sofia, seems unhealthy and poorly cared for. She is given little attention, toys, or activities. You can see she is covered with pin feathers too. This is addressed in other reviews and am saddened there is not better care provided. I will say the staff is friendly and tries to be attentive but there isn’t much for them to do. The resort is so small there is not much need for a butler service. During my stay I had a worker come into my room without waiting for me to tell them to wait, as I was indisposed. I have never had this happen in a hotel before and was shocked the worker just came in. While the buildings were updated, the door to my room was not fitted properly. I could see the sunlight coming in, along with mosquitoes. This also made it difficult for the air conditioning to work well. Additionally, I was served raw chicken for dinner and when I said something was told that it was a chicken thigh, not a breast. That didn’t matter to me, raw is raw. I would not recommend this place to others and am sure you can find something nicer.

We had such a wonderful stay at this resort and can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member was incredibly friendly and kind. There is a genuine feeling of care here. It truly feels like the staff are happy to be there, and that attention to detail shows in every part of the resort. Our room was elegant, simple, and thoughtfully designed, and having a private mini pool area made it feel extra special and relaxing. The food was excellent. Fresh juices, smoothies, and avocado toast at breakfast were a highlight for me as someone who eats healthy, though there were plenty of great options for everyone. The tacos were a standout for our other meals. We also had butler service during our stay, and Catherine and Enrique were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and they truly elevated our entire experience. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and well-cared-for getaway.

We had a great time! From check in to departure, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms are large and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. All rooms are ocean facing, and we also had large balconies. We spent most of the time at the main pool. Breakfast: there is an extensive ala carte menu with tacos that are prepared to order. There is a small buffet with fruit etc. for breakfast, This restaurant also serves Mexican food for lunch and dinner. The Mediterranean restaurant is open for dinner, with a mix of Italian and French dishes. There is also a Latin themed outdoor restaurant near the pool. The food was always delicious and well presented. While the menus are extensive, I can see that one may run out of new dishes if staying for more than 5-7 days. The property itself is clean and situated within natural surroundings with numerous birds and coati families! As expected, there is Sargassum weeds in the sea. The narrow beach is cleared of weeds several times a day, but this is not a resort where one would spend a lot of time on the beach. We found the service to be exceptional. A big thanks to our butlers Cath and Enrique, as well as Jesus and Jose who served us at the pool. However, every staff member was very helpful and quickly resolved the minor issues we encountered. Don't be discouraged by the potholes in the road to the resort; a slice of heaven exists beyond the gate!

Excellent trip overall. Beautiful resort. Amazing food. Extremely friendly staff. We have been to Mexico about 5-6 times in the last few years, and this is the best resort we've been to yet. Would be delighted to return.

The customer service for this hotel was more than perfect. They took every opportunity to make sure our honeymoon stay was perfect and memorable. The food is amazing and the vibes of the hotel was perfect for a relaxing honeymoon. Ricardo and his coffee art and making was amazing and delightful to start the day with. Mario and Enrique were excellent in signing us up for activities and attending to our needs during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel in the future.

Staff provided excellent service. They were incredibly attentive and helpful. The room was very spacious - huge - and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with any supply you could need. Towels were thick and nice. We had a cozy loveseat on our balcony perfect for stargazing and listening to the ocean. The food was delicious with good portions, and the service at the restaurants was attentive and friendly. All the staff was great and easy to communicate with. Most remarkable was Cristian at the front desk, who went above and beyond to resolve a transportation issue for us (unrelated to the hotel). We liked the location, which has a private feel. Only downside is the beach was impacted by sargassum, like many in the area, so is not ideal for those looking to focus on beach time. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Just a 25-minute drive from Cancun Airport, this tranquil resort offers the perfect escape to relax and recharge. Our room boasted a private plunge pool, and at night, the soothing sound of waves lulled us to sleep. As an all-inclusive haven, it served up exquisite made-to-order gourmet dishes, and the food and drinks were simply exceptional. Although sargassum kept us from enjoying the beach, the resort’s abundant poolside beds meant we could relax in the sun anytime. I loved that they offered free activities like painting, cooking classes, and wine tasting, adding fun to every day. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attentive service made us feel truly cared for, especially the personalized butler service that elevated our experience. Celebrating my birthday was made extra special when the restaurant manager and chef collaborated to prepare a fantastic meal and a birthday cake. Every staff member greeted us with genuine respect, and General Manager Cesar went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. Be on the lookout—you might spot a curious coati or iguana wandering the property! Overall, this stay was one of my best experiences, and I can’t wait to return.

Incredible Babymoon with amazing service & a beautiful resort My wife and I stayed at Paraiso de la Bonita for our babymoon and had an amazing experience. The staff and management went above and beyond from the moment we arrived, even getting Heineken Zero for my pregnant wife so she could enjoy a non-alcoholic beer. Service throughout the resort was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The food was excellent, especially dinner and the breakfast spread was the best we’ve seen at an all-inclusive, with fresh juices, pastries, a full menu, and breakfast tacos made right in the dining room. The bartenders were fun and creative (big shout-out to Luis), and Raul in the restaurant made every dinner feel special. They also remembered my wife’s uncommon allergies by day three and always double-checked her meals. Our plunge pool suite was beautiful, peaceful, and spotless, with a spa-like rain shower and a private pool big enough for both of us to relax comfortably. Room service was great, and a couple of days we didn’t even want to leave the suite. Like most of Cancun in the fall, the beach has seaweed, but the resort is designed so well that from the pool and rooms you only see the turquoise water. While the saltwater pool was under construction, everything else more than made up for it. If you want a quiet, adults-only, upscale all-inclusive with fantastic service, great food, and beautiful suites, this is the place. We will absolutely be back.

My vacation was a 10/10, from start to finish. Starting with the service, the staff members, the beauty and cleanliness of the resort and rooms. Service: we were met with the most wonderful staff members. Cesar, the general manager took the time to see us and message us on multiple occasions throughout our stay to ensure everything was okay and our expectations were being met. - they exceeded our expectations. Brandon and Luis at the front desk were amazing and helpfully. Our butler service by Enrique, Alex, and Mario were absolutely pleasant. Anything we needed, they were available at our fingertips. Ivan, the manager of one of the restaurants on site was also so delightful and also took the time to make sure our needs were being met. Ricardo, Luis, Jonathan, were also some of the staff members that made our stay so memorable. There were so much other staff members that made it memorable that I was unable to catch the names of but every one we came across was amazing. This was truly a luxurious experience and the resort, the massage, the restaurants were all so amazing, we enjoyed the food at the Joya Restaurant the most but all the restaurants plus the piano bar were exceptional. The pool side bar was also amazing! Honestly I could go on and on about how great this place was. I honestly cannot wait to go back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This resort is truly in a league with properties like Nizuc — not just in beauty, but in the entire guest experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff here is exceptional: incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, and we never once felt like just another guest. The property itself is stunning — beautifully maintained, peaceful, and designed for true relaxation. The atmosphere is luxurious yet understated, with an emphasis on comfort and calm. Our room was immaculate and elegant, with those little details that make you feel truly cared for. The food and drinks were excellent, with plenty of variety and very high quality. We especially appreciated how the staff remembered our preferences and always went above and beyond. This is the type of resort where you can exhale — where you feel taken care of, respected, and welcomed. If you’re looking for a place that blends luxury with soul, this is it. My wife and I stayed at Paraiso de la Bonita for our anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We were greeted by Eduardo and Brandon with a refreshing drink and a quick tour before meeting Pamela, the concierge, who helped us plan activities for our stay. Khaled, the bellhop, drove us to our suite in the resort’s “Rolls Royce” golf cart, and Enrique, our butler, created a chat to handle any requests. Our original room happened to be near a renovation area and in need of a refresh on amenities, but before we even mentioned it, both Khaled and Enrique notified management and promptly arranged for us to be moved to a new suite. Their attentiveness set the tone for the exceptional service we experienced all weekend. The property is stunning, with beautiful grounds, ocean views, and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool with great service and enjoyed a beach day arranged by Enrique. Our suite was spotless and romantic, featuring a rainfall shower, soaking tub, and private plunge pool. Every meal was exceptional beautifully presented and delicious. Roger and David were wonderful servers, and Raul, the manager at Ku'Hul, surprised us with a special table and sparkling wine for our anniversary dinner. The attention to detail and genuine warmth of the staff made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend Paraiso de la Bonita for a relaxing, romantic escape!

The staff really made us feel like family and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was amazing! The food was the best food I've ever had at an all inclusive! No buffet and everything à la carte. The property is beautiful and tranquil and there is a lot of beautiful wildlife around that made you feel even more immersed in nature. The room was huge and beautiful and there was a wonderful ocean view. The only room for improvement is in the road leading to the hotel that had a lot of pot holes. However, even with that I am counting down the days to when I can go again! Amazing experience truly!

Overall the hotel is stunning and clean. We had our own plunge pool with a beautiful view. Most all of the staff was wonderful and kind . We only had issue with 2 people being less than inviting and kind but the others made up for it . My only issue is at night the smell is terrible . I think they should use some sort of air fresheners or something in the rooms to help with this especially at night . I think it’s an ocean nightly issue . I was also bummed that some nights they forgot our nightly dessert with the cute historic note . We only used room service food delivery once they forgot our forks and they didn’t bring them for 35 min when we called and asked for them so we just ate with our hands . The food at all 3 restaurants is amazing ! I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely return in spite of the couple issues .

I really loved this property. The staff are so kind and attentive. I was so sad to leave. I really enjoyed that every night they delivered a "dessert of the day" to my suite! Such a lovely touch. I will return to stay again. thank you and your lovely staff for taking such good care of me! I still think about that gorgeous bathroom in my suite!!

I stayed 4 nights and 5 days at this resort to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, and it was amazing! Service was truly 10/10 everyone was exceptional, friendly, and welcoming. I booked our trip in August for our October stay and reached out to see if they offered personalized room decorations. Pamela, the Chief Concierge, was incredible — quick to respond, detail-oriented, and made sure everything, including our airport pickup, went smoothly. Communication was seamless thanks to a 24-hour WhatsApp group chat the staff created, which made booking our massages (thank you Noel and Mellisa), meditation session with Mauricio, and pastry-making class so easy. We celebrated my bestie’s birthday at the Piano Bar with live piano music — such a lovely touch! The K’uhul restaurant was excellent, the French toast is a must-try! I also enjoyed the late-night room service and dining at Joia. It rained on and off, but I was so impressed with how efficiently the team kept everything spotless and dry. The spa was under renovation, but services were still available. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a plunge pool, though we mostly enjoyed the stunning main pool. Don’t be discouraged by the bumpy road in, it’s being fixed and the resort is gorgeous! Special thanks to Pamela, Rene, Ivan, Mauricio, Daniel, and Alejandro for making our stay unforgettable. I rarely visit the same place twice, but I’m already planning to return for my birthday in January!
