Parties are strictly prohibited. No pets allowed (if you have a special request, please let us know). No smoking inside the villa. The house is located in a quiet community, loud noise is not allowed after 10 pm in order to comply with Mexican laws. Only registered guests in the reservation are allowed to enter the premises. No external personnel or guests are allowed (for security reasons).

The town center of Tulum is roughly a 10-minute drive away, offering a range of dining options, bars, convenience stores, souvenir shops, and charming local experiences. The Tulum beaches and hotel zone are around 10-15 minutes by car, depending on your specific destination and traffic conditions. In this area, you'll also find high-end dining options, additional souvenir shops, fantastic beach clubs, bars, boutiques, cenotes, and numerous other attractions for a complete Tulum Jungle-Beach experience.

Typical construction hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. At times, these hours might extend from 8 am to 6 pm. Some phases of construction may involve noise. While we strive to make your stay memorable, construction-related circumstances are beyond our control.
3. Fauna Encounters:
Wildlife Abounds: Tulum is home to a diverse range of creatures, from sea turtles to jungle-dwelling species. These animals may pass through or seek new habitats due to ongoing changes and construction: Please do not harm any wildlife you encounter. Notify us if you come across any animals so we can safely return them to their natural environment. Additionally, we strongly recommend keeping food in the fridge to avoid tempting these little friends, as we have no control over their persistent search for food.
