The Space

**Living Area**
As you walk into the apartment you are greeted with a bright and airy living space, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass door that provides stunning views over London.

The living area itself has a well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, washer dryer, fridge freezer. Along with smaller appliances such as kettle, toaster and microwave for all of your cooking needs.

Guests can enjoy socialising around the dining table, which comfortably seats 4.

Beyond the dining table is the lounge area. In here you will find ample comfortable seating and a large Smart TV (log ins not provided).

There is a balcony which can be access from the living space, but also both bedroom. It's spacious outdoor area and an ideal space for relaxing or unwinding after your day.

The brilliant views from the lounge continue through to the bedrooms.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment both have Queen size beds.

**Bathrooms**
Guests will be able to enjoy the privacy of having two bathrooms within the apartment.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
