The flat is located approximately 5 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central tube station, zone 3. From there you can take the overland train to Liverpool street in 17 minutes (also stops at Clapton) or catch the Victoria tube line, 20 minutes to Oxford Circus in the West End.

Walthamstow Village is only 3 mins walk away, and all the pretty bars and restaurants of Orford road, the heart of the village. You won't feel like you are in London at all. The area is rich in history and well preserved with many of the buildings listed.

Warm freshly baked bread from Today Bread on Hoe St (3 mins walk away) is a delight. The coffee is great too.
