« Location perfect for lots of Chicago treasures. The studio unit was larger than expected. The furnishings we're contemporary and very pleasant/comfortable. Bed soft and comfy. Elevator got stuck on one floor but phone number clearly posted and answered by someone who kept me on the phone until problem solved! Good service indeed. »

« The location and property are great. Everything is in walking distance. The property itself was very clean and nice. Only reason not 5 stars was the noise. The trains run right outside the windows so sleeping is difficult. They do offer ear plugs and noise machine but the trains are so loud that it didn't work for me. »

« This was an excellent location and price for what we needed in Chicago at the time. It was great being so close to the McCormick place and Chinatown. I wish the listing would’ve said that we were right next to an L train track. While that was convenient, it was also very noisy. The place was well decorated, but they should replace the couch and perhaps some carpeting because it smelled like cat. Luckily it wasn’t too hot so we kept the windows open. Parking was also tricky. I recommend...
