Welcome to your stylish and comfortable retreat on the 3rd floor, perfectly situated near downtown Chicago. Our fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment offers a modern and inviting space, ideal for both short and long stays.



The open-layout living area and kitchen create a bright, airy environment for cooking, relaxing, or entertaining. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all essentials, while the living area provides a cozy spot to unwind after a busy day in the city.



The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished for comfort, featuring a king bed in the main bedroom and queen bed in the other room making it ideal for families or groups.



With a calm and well-styled interior, this unit is a peaceful urban escape while being just minutes from the heart of downtown Chicago.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire unit during their stay. Entry is handled through secure check-in instructions, which are provided before arrival.



We appreciate your understanding that our HVAC systems operate based on the time of year. During the warm season, our air conditioning is in use, while the heating system serves guests during colder months.

Pet-friendly with prior approval and pet fee. Dogs and cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must comply with quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or excessive hair/odor removal..



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $40 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $450 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
