The Nespresso machine in the room with free pods and most of all, they had a capuccino Expresso machine in the lobby for free coffees around the clock. Nice & cozy hotel.
Property was nice and trendy. Great location near the river walk. Valet service was not the greatest and the front desk personnel on the night shift were less than helpful. During the day service was as I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Spacious rooms with great coffee, tea, yoga mat, and air purifiers.
We stayed here for three days in a river view room and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious, and the window seats to enjoy the view were an amazing touch. The hotel was clean and modern, and in a great location for walking to the mag mile, Millennium park and more. We will definitely stay here again the next time weâre in the city!
I liked the proximity of this hotel. Very conveniently located (super central location) and rooms were great and free coffee bar available with common lounge area.
I did not like the front desk service as much. Not clear answer and the person who admitted us was chewing gum the whole time. I asked if the room had any views. They were transparent that they were fully committed but I would have appreciated them willing to check at least, especially Expedia VIP access I had but I didn't get any.
Guest services at L7 are unmatched! From the time we walked in we were greeted with smiles and great conversations. I will definitely use this hotel again when I return to Chicago!
I will give you more than five stars more than anything for the gentleman that received us at the door Antonio!!! The hotel was great. The room was amazing but the service that Antonio gave us was like no other. He knew how to promote the hotel. He actually gave us a tour of the river view room. Iâm in the hospitality industry so I do admire and respect someone that has so much passion for their work. Congratulations Antonio and the excellent work you do.
Overall a good experience. This is our second stay at this property (previously under a different name). Location is fantastic and the room had a great view of the river. Bar downstairs was lovely. Only removed one star because it's a pain to get your car for a day trip outside of the city, the wallpaper in the room was peeling, and the pullout was SO uncomfortable that my kids preferred to sleep in yh the window alcoves.
This was my first visit to Chicago and I was fortunate to find Lotte. The staff is terrific, they have valet parking, and I didnât get back into my car until I departed. Everything is within walking distance to all kinds of restaurants, shopping, and the museum which I highly recommend visiting.
