The shower hose was installed incorrectly, rendering it non-functional, and thereâs no towel hook outside the shower. Several electrical outlets are not working. Gardeners should operate earlier to avoid disturbing guests on their balconies. To improve efficiency and reduce errors due to language barriers, the hotel should implement an in-room dining app on iPads instead of relying on WhatsApp for orders. Restaurant staff must promptly clean spills and pay closer attention to details, rather than repeatedly ignoring them. The hotel is breathtaking, but it must employ competent, capable staff. The Dominican Republicâs reputation for subpar customer service and quality demands that business owners prioritize excellence to protect their brand. Skimping on this is unacceptable for a property of this caliber. While there are additional concerns, Iâll stop here. Acknowledging the hotelâs recent opening, thereâs still significant room for improvement.
Hotel maravilloso, nuevo y fantĂĄstico el personal del hotel muy atentos, los restaurantes son de excelente calidad especialmente Ninas por otro lado aparte de todo lo bueno me parece un poco costoso y recomendarĂa al hotel incluir el desayuno en el costo de la habitaciĂłn. Tiemblen un bar de fumadores excelente y con excelente atenciĂłn quiero felicitar a todo el personal de este bar, deivi Jenny MarĂa Samuel Kordy milsiades y raulin felicidades por excelente servicio. One of the best hotels I've stayed in (and I've stayed at many hotels). Obviously this is a brand new hotel and you can tell. Everything is sparkling new. Everything has been so well thought out. The attention to detail is just insane. Check in was a little slow but we were offered beautiful drinks and a cool towel which was a nice touch. The staff were so kind and sweet with my 2 year old boy - playing with him and giving him attention. The room was stunning (we were upgraded). The views - breathtaking. Then our butler arrived. They offered us coffees throughout and waters. Butler service was good but can be improved and refined. A few times we waited longer than needed for our drinks. I'm sure with time, they will improve this service that they offer. Hotel facilities are divine. Dining is pricey but amazing. Be prepared to spend a lot of money to eat at this hotel (if you come to PC you know eating out is expensive anyway!). The spa treatment was very expensive but worth every penny. I would have used the spa for longer. Their relaxation area is amazing and the nibbles they provided were gorgeous. One of the best treatments I've ever had. For $195 I would expect nothing less! I would 100% return - if they don't raise their prices too much (which they most likely will and so they should!) Check out was also too slow.
They are still working on their processes but apart from that I highly recommend.
