Outstanding stay at ECHIC Mercure International Hotel! Located right in the business hub, it was incredibly convenient for the Canton Fair, yet peaceful enough for family travel. The area around the hotel has plenty of great shops and places to explore. The front desk team was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making check-in fast and smooth. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the thoughtful service throughout our stay truly impressed us. We absolutely loved everything. Will definitely stay again on our next business trip to Guangzhou!

Great stay at Vienna Hotel! Perfect central location near the Canton Fair, with plenty of shops and sights nearby. The front desk was warm and welcoming—check-in was fast and easy. Our room was spotless and comfortable. As a business traveler with family, I really appreciated the thoughtful service throughout. Location is strategic. The room is clean. The cleaner Long Chun Lane (龙春兰）from Level 26 made our stay very pleasant. She was very helpful and made sure our room is clean everyday. Thank you for making our stay pleasant. Love the welcome drink. The only thing is the name of the hotel is very confusing as it’s totally different from what I booked in the app. If coming from MRT, it’s difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. Lifts are a bit slow. Hope there will be a clear hotel signage at the lift area. Overall it’s a decent hotel. Thank you all for the warm hospitality!

This is a very clean and pleasant hotel. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. I also appreciated the laundry service. The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult. The Wi-Fi connection, however, is very poor. As for breakfast, the establishment should offer more American-style dishes, as the hotel's clientele consists of more than just Chinese guests. Furthermore, it would be necessary to vary the offerings or show a bit more creativity; indeed, if you stay for more than a week, you will end up eating exactly the same thing every morning. Finally, the hotel is truly far from the airport: plan for a travel time of approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

主にタクシーを利用しましたが、地下鉄の駅にも近く、便利な立地のホテルでした。 １階にコンビニもあり、近くに朝食のレストランもあって満足のホテルでした。
