« A lovely place to park when in GZ. Location is great. However, some hiccup, on day 1, though i booked my room in early 2025, the hotel could not check me in, they were overbked and had no room which i booked already for me. It was disappointing, however front desk, a young man was v nice and proactive, he got me a room in another hotel, within the same block for one night. But it was inconvenient, i had to move day 2. Anyway, thereafter all was well. I really enjoyed my stay, front desk young...

« En général cet hôtel est plutôt très bien. La salle de bain est vieillissante et mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Par contre le restaurant et petit déjeuner est très limité, le choix des plats est faible et l’offre porte surtout sur des mets asiatiques, pas de déjeuner occidental »

« Had a wonderful 3-week stay at Artisse Place with my daughter. The location is ideal—right next to the Q-Plex and surrounded by great restaurants. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and access to Fusion Gym was a great bonus. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommend! »

"Very old, decayed, everything is outdated. Staff hardly speak English so my friend got charged 48rmb for a coffee when he showed he only had a 20rmb banknote. Maria duty manager cancelled the bill. Thank you for that. But this is the worst Shangri La ever seen. Seems frozen in 1985. Even room key must be inserted, in the elevator, in the room door. I could write for hours how disappointing was this experience but it is useless. There are plenty of new and fully modern hotel around. The location is the closest to Luohu port but that’s the only advantage. Should be completely modernized from A to Z or it will just deteriorate Shangri La brand. I have to mention that I had a cheap price though, 560rmb. Still better deal are easy to find for a higher quality in the neighborhood "
