The front desk cited an electrical issue and gave us an upgrade- with three plain beds, a dripping A/C unit and shower with a toilet in it. « L'hôtel est très bien situé au bord de la Rivière des Perles et non loin de Beijin Road et des quartiers anciens. Un accès au métro de Canton par escalator se situe près de l'hôtel (de l'autre côté du parc qui borde l'hôtel). Communication en anglais difficile d'une façon générale. « Emplacement et environnement parfaits. Le seul bémol a été qu’ils ont voulu me donner un logement moins confort que celui que j’avais réservé mais après contestation, j’ai pu avoir un qui était bien mieux que le précédent. En dehors de cet incident, tout le séjour a été correct. Et le service du personnel plus attentionné… »

« This is a great hotel near Huangpu Village! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Huangpu Ancient Port. It’s very convenient for dining, shopping and sightseeing. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet with good sound insulation. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. The hotel offers great value for money and is ideal for travelers and those attending exhibitions near Pazhou. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back! »
