« I chose this hotel for three reasons, it was in the old town, it had a shuttle to the Canton fair, and the rooms had kitchens. I was staying for a long time and I wanted to be able to cook for myself. When I got to the room, it had a kitchen with a nice dishwasher, but nothing to cook with or eat with so there’s no point to they’re being a kitchen. It isn’t a nice location with an old town. « Great tasting dim sum place right next door. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean. Aside from the restaurant next door, the hotel does not have anything nearby. If you are walking, there is an overpass you can take to cross over to the other side of the freeway where there are more night life and livelier atmosphere. »

« L'hôtel est très bien situé au bord de la Rivière des Perles et non loin de Beijin Road et des quartiers anciens. Un accès au métro de Canton par escalator se situe près de l'hôtel (de l'autre côté du parc qui borde l'hôtel). Communication en anglais difficile d'une façon générale. Le restaurant du petit déjeuner se situe au 39e étage. Beaucoup de choix côté cuisine chinoise et un peu du côté occidental (néanmoins jus de fruit, café, confiture, toast et croissant). Le seul bémol a été qu’ils ont voulu me donner un logement moins confort que celui que j’avais réservé mais après contestation, j’ai pu avoir un qui était bien mieux que le précédent. En dehors de cet incident, tout le séjour a été correct. Et le service du personnel plus attentionné… »

« The location is great, with direct access to Beijing Road and lots of shops nearby, but it took us a bit of effort to find it. The staff were very nice and helpful and gave us an upgrade to a better room. The bathroom is a bit small though. »
