« Just amazing »

« The hotel wasn’t too bad for the price. The breakfast was good and delicious, with a nice variety of food and fruits. However, the rooms, hallways, and even the elevator smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We stayed there for one week, and on two days they didn’t clean our room. When we came back in the evening, the beds were not made and the towels hadn’t been changed. I complained to the staff, but they only said “sorry.” Also, none of the staff spoke English — they just used a translation...

« Hôtel époustouflant pour ses équipements, ses chambres, sa vue, la qualité de l'accueil. Seul bémol: l'obligation de porter un masque partout alors qu'on est déjà testé tant de fois avant d'entrer à l'hôtel! Mais là où cela devient insupportable, c'est quand on nous demande de mettre le masque dans le restaurant. J'ai demandé comment on pouvait manger avec un masque! »

I especially liked that there were several great restaurants located right below the hotel, making it very convenient to dine nearby. The hotel is also very close to the metro station, which made getting around easy. I would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Guangzhou. »

Chambre spacieuse en Exécutive et petit déjeuner correct Attention au check in : on nous a donné une chambre basique à la place d’une exécutive sans rien nous dire, nous sommes revenus à l’accueil pour réclamer la bonne chambre, et l’employé nous a dit que c’était la même chose ... »

« Overall, everything is in order. It is a quiet place and the room is adequately spacious for 2 . The room is clean and the pillows and beds are nice to tuck in each night. Of course we have difficulty adjusting the Aircon switch and tv as we do not read Chinese instructions.But we asked the cleaning lady and she assisted to adjust and explained each step. Yuki ,the front desk lady whom we met on the very first and last day gave us a very good impression of hotel 1st class hospitality service! ...
