« L'hôtel est très bien situé au bord de la Rivière des Perles et non loin de Beijin Road et des quartiers anciens. Un accès au métro de Canton par escalator se situe près de l'hôtel (de l'autre côté du parc qui borde l'hôtel). Communication en anglais difficile d'une façon générale. Le restaurant du petit déjeuner se situe au 39e étage. Beaucoup de choix côté cuisine chinoise et un peu du côté occidental (néanmoins jus de fruit, café, confiture, toast et croissant). « It was a great experience that I had at this beautiful Sofitel hotel. The spacious rooms are very beautiful and very comfortable, the service was perfect, welcoming and very pleasant. Phoenix was exceptional and provided perfect service and very efficient service and took care of all details and made my stay very pleasant. I recommend this beautiful and welcoming hotel and I will book there again in the future. The location is perfect. I had again an amazing experience. Thank you to the hotel...

However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. I won't get into that too much since I think it was a fluke, but the staff -- who don't speak...

« I stayed at this hotel during the Canton Fair. They haven't bus service that takes you from the hotel to the fair. It is about a 45 minute drive so it's not close to the fair area. As far as the location off this hotel it is about 20 minute walk from Beijing Street which is a very nice walking area near the Buddha temple. This hotel has some nice traditional monuments around that one can walk to. The hotel is spread out so rooms can be in different buildings. My room was in a different building...

« Conveniently located on Beijing Road. Steps away from the shopping area and metro. Property was new, well maintained and very clean - we saw cleaning robots working around the prooerty all the time! Room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful skyline view of Guangzhou. Highly recommended and will stay here again when we visit next time. »
