« Très agréable à tous leq niveaux »

« I had an excellent stay at Lavande Hotel (Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center, Nanzhou Metro Station). The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the metro station, making travel extremely convenient. The room was spotless and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and great water pressure in the shower. The lavender scent added a nice relaxing touch. The front desk staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Quiet, cozy and great value for money. Highly recommended and...

« Management is very disingenuous. A longtime leaking pipe in the kitchen; Dirty Bedding Base; Floors unclean; Awful musty smells; We sort to immediate alternative accommodation. We DO NOT recommend this place. Our doors were left open when we got back to drop off room keys! »

« I was really happy staying at this hotel during my trip to Guangzhou. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were great. The hotel is very close to Haixinsha Food Street, which is easy to get to on foot. There are tons of people at the food street with all kinds of snacks, and they taste really good. In the evening, you can enjoy your food while enjoying the view of Canton Tower - it's a beautiful spot. After shopping at night, you can just head back to...

« Very friendly staff »
