« Cet hôtel est situé sur un site charmant et historique de Canton: l'ile Shamian. Nous étions 3 amis et avons été surclassés en Suite à notre arrivée dans le bâtiment ouest de l'Hotel où nous avons passé 2 nuits. Le personnel est très pro et les prestations sont de très bonne qualité. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est aussi très complet. Nous recommandons. »

« Problème de communication car les hôtesses d'accueils de la réception ne parlent que chinois mis à part la responsable qui parle un peu Anglais mais qui n'est pas là tout le temps pour pouvoir prendre le relais lorsque la communication ne passe pas avec les hôtesses. De plus pour ceux qui font les affaires,ce n'est pas évident pour les taxis de s'y rendre car l'entrée de la rue est un sens interdit et par conséquent ils doivent faire un détour pour y entrer. »
