« TRES BON HOTEL ET EXCELLENT RESTAURANT DEUX POINTS A AMELIORER : CONFORT DU LIT & SERVICE TROP FAMILIER POUR UNE DES EMPLOYEES JARDIN TRES SYMPATHIAUE ET CALME »

« Lovely clean and convenient. Breakfast was great as was the service. Highly recommend. »

« We had 2 very good nights sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. Funny was the mirror in the bathroom was fitted well high up, you can not see yourself if you are about 5 ft tall. The shower screen was a bit narrow for the long shower tray, the floor got very wet when having shower. »

« I had a great time staying at this lovely BnB. It was clean, and homely which is what one needs after travelling 24 hours. I arrived right after the peak summer but was still a bit warm, they provided the last fan available and it was great! Highly recommend this accommodation with many off street parking. I did not have breakfast at the property so am unable to comment on this. I'm pretty low maintenance as a traveller but the owners kept checking in on me as I was coming in and going out. This...

« Travelled to lake Windermere with two friends from USA. We all loved this place. Ideally located near the lake and restaurants. Richard and Paula made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was the best. I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay and explore. Thank you. »

« The place was lovely and clean and the owner was very welcoming I really recommend the place »

« We highly recommend Vince and Shirley’s guesthouse. The room was immaculate and nicely decorated, fully equipped, great bedding. The breakfast was very well cooked and generously served, in a pretty dining room overlooking a well kept garden. The guest house is located 15 mn walking distance to the village Center, with an access through a lovely park with a small beach and a great view. The village has a good selection of pubs and restaurants. Vince shared addresses of local restaurants and...

« For the price not what we were expecting, much smaller than the photos led to believe, smell of damp, grout in shower news mildew remover also overflow in sink needs toothbrush it was black , found rubbish and 5p under the bed. Also was told we could park outside and we received a parking ticket. »

« lovely house with spectacular surroundings (hike around is superb), very nicely decorated traditional house, very good food and nice hosts; felt at home »

« Pros - good location. Short walk into town. Room clean, modern & spacious. Self check in with good clear instruction prior to arrival. Cons - Car park full so had to pay for parking on car park next door. No plates at breakfast only cardboard dishes which made it difficult to butter toast as the bread wouldn't fit in the dish. Would definately stay here again though & just maybe arrive earlier to get a parking space. »
