« The hotel is beautiful from the outside and located in such a picturesque area but the room we got was a disappointment. Located on the first floor and tucked in a corner, it did not match the pictures on the site and looked rather old (except for the bathroom), with an uncomfortably slumping mattress. « It’s alright for the price. Beautiful old main building but the rooms in the external properties (which it wasn’t clear we’d booked) were very basic, almost youth hostel style. The thermal journey in the spa was a bit of a let down. Quite a small area and very busy. The price said it included slippers but it didn’t and it felt a little like a living Petri dish.
