« La chambre qui nous était allouée était propre mais le linge de lit était usé jusqu'à la corde, le dessus de lit sale. Les toilettes et la douche étaient à part sur le palier et quand vous entriez cela sentait l'urine, bref horrible. »

Staff couldn;t do enough to help and the attention to detail was fantastic, everything from bags for walking boots to fresh milk on the landing for in room tea and coffee. A bottle of speciality beer in the room was a bonus. »

« Our room, on the first floor, was excellent with lovely views. The food was of a high quality and the service was very good except on one of our three evenings when we were forgotten about and it took at least three complaints to get our meal started. On this occasion we were in the restaurant for about two hours and it took 45 minutes before we got our starter. This was a shame because otherwise everything was perfect. »
