« The hotel is set in a beautiful location with stunning views overlooking Lake Windermere. The staff are lovely, efficient, and professional- we were even allowed to check in early and received a wonderful room upgrade on arrival! A few small improvements would make the experience even better: Cleanliness- There were a few spiderwebs on our ceiling that were missed during room prep.
