« We enjoyed the impeccable and cosy cottage, well equipped and furnished during our 2 weeks stay. We ´particularly aprreciated thé welcoming presents (cake, jam and flowers) and the help given by the landlords. The location of the cottage is excellent as a starting point for hikes and discoveries the Lake District. We warmly recommend this experience. »

« We stayed in one of their 2 Viken lodges. It was huge and easily big enough to accommodate all of us with loads of space for kids to run about and explore. Floor to ceiling Windows and and a gabled roof gave stunning views down the valley to the estuary from both floors. The accommodation was modern and stylish and even had its own sauna. The onsite pool was free to use and warm and clean, a good size. Slight hiccup at check in was sorted out well and we were allowed to stay an extra night in...

« It is a beautiful hotel and all the staff was fantastic!! The room was amazing! Fiona at the front desk went out of her way to welcome us. A perfect person to start our hotel stay. Very informative and welcoming! Our dinner and breakfast host Manjo (I probably have spelled his name wrong) was GREAT! « We came back late from a long walk in the Lakes and realize arriving in our room that they gave us a room with no blind or curtain !!!! We rang the Reception at 11pm they said someone was coming but nobody showed up. The following morning when we wanted to record a formal claim the receptionist just told us "sorry" It is a shame !!! Avoid this hotel ! You pay a high rate for the location but the rest is shameful !! »
