« Le point positif de cet hotel est qu’en terme de rapport/qualité/prix, il est imbattable. Cependant, sa localisation reste problématique car il y a trop de bruit surtout quand la boite de nuit ouvre ses portes car cela peut durer toute la journée voir la nuit entière donc bon courage pour ceux qui ne prévoient pas de boules quies. En dehors de ça, le ménage est fait quotidiennement contrairement à ce qu’on peut lire, mais cela dépend bien évidemment des personnes qui y logent. Le petit...

« Lots of space, comfy beds. Modern. Has some games as well in various places which was good. Hot tub also! We were looking for somewhere close to NEC, and this worked well - only 20 mins away. Host was very responsive, and advised about parking and access, all of which were easy to follow. It is on a fairly busy estate, and there is some (expected) noise of living, but this was mainly exacerbated by needing windows open (the heatwave!). lots of plugs so could plug in fans. Hot water even...

« The host experience was excellent, they were very helpful and we have no issue with the management company. When we arrived after travelling 12hrs with 2 small children and a baby the house had no heating or hot water on. We arrived at 10.30pm, the floors were all sticky and the smell of urine when we opened the front door was shocking and we didn’t expect that!We had to wash the floors so the children could play safely. Again not what we expected. The double bed had no mattress or pillow...

« Once we opened the door, we were welcomed with a refreshing fragrance! The house was clean but the shower cubicle could be cleaner. The beds were comfortable and we had 6 beds for a family of 5! The kitchen was well equipped with a working fridge/freezer and microwave, which we used. We did not use the kettle, toaster or cooker but they were available. We easily got tea towels and kitchen tissue from Lisa local, which was only a few doors away from the property. The living room was spacious and...

West Midlands : les avis sur les hôtels les plus prisés

Nailcote Hall Hotel

Nailcote Hall Hotel

8/10 Bien
"The bedroom was comfortable and clean. We stayed two nights and used the pool both days. The poolside was a bit uneven and the floor felt like the stone was brittle. We had a meal in the restaurant on the first night which was very good, the bar meal on the second night was ok but there weren't a lot of tables or seats to eat at. We had breakfast included so too advantage but it was probably the worst breakfast I have had in a hotel. Over cooked and dry hash brown (only one) the same for the half slice of black pudding, my wife's omelette was not properly mixed and all the filling was at one side and the scrambled egg was swimming in water, baked beans had the distinct skin of being kept warm. Staff were very helpful and polite."
