« La chambre attribuée au départ au 3ème donnait sur le système d’aération qui fait un bruit de fond de manière continue. J’ai dû accepter une chambre de catégorie inférieure plus petite mais rénovée au 5ème étage. Le ménage du deuxième jour après mon arrivée n’a pas été fait alors que j’ai quitté la chambre à midi et demie et laissé la pancarte prévue à cet effet.
