« Séjour d’une nuit avant de reprendre notre vol le lendemain. Chambre petite mais pratique. Décoration identique dans chaque chambre, ce qui est dommage. Nous avons eu un petit problème en rentrant à 22h30 du restaurant, l’arrosage au plafond s’est déclenché et notre lit était inondé ainsi qu’une partie des valises. Nous avons changé de chambre à 23h (c’est comme cela que je sais qu’elles sont identiques). Seul dédommagement : 2 verres de cognac. Personnel à la réception sympathique, sans plus. »

The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable. »

« Beautiful building with original and refurbished deco interiors. Elegant apartment with lots of natural light from dual aspect windows. Spacious living / kitchen area with all amenities including some washing-up liquid! Classy bathroom with fab shower and heavenly White Company toiletries. High-end fixtures and fittings including chrome deco style door handles and stylish radiators.

-if you come with kids you have to know, as incredible as it is, that the swimming pool is forbidden to kids from Friday to Monday. Kids means below 16. And does not matter if an adult come with them.
On weekday pool only open from 11.00am to 7.00 (last entrance 6.30pm). Definitively not a familly hotel !!! A choice I guess.....but not well communicated !

The room was bigger than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise, we really liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area.
We wish there more hooks to hang coats, clothes etc and the bathroom was a little smaller than where we have stayed before as one of us has slight mobility issues so moving around the bathroom was tricky but not difficult. We will defintley be staying again, perhaps try the next size up. »

« This was a great stay overall. Fully functional kitchen and washer/drier. However, no room cleaning or replenishing of towels unless you asked. But I’d stay again. Also, they have AC, many hotels don’t, so that was a plus we didn’t know is a must have. »

"Room was fine but I messaged the hotel twice after leaving regarding an item that would have been forgotten in my room and unfortunately they did not reply. Otherwise location is good, although a little bit of hassle woth the ongoing works around."

L’appartement est bien équipé, fonctionnel, propre, une buanderie est à disposition ( a prix très raisonnable) et la bagagerie sécurisée est gratuite A moins de cinq minutes il y a une supérette, en un quart d’heure on arrive à pied dans le centre ville, en un quart d’heure on est à lArena et en cinq minutes on peut profiter du canal pour une ballade. Pour mon prochain séjour à Birmingham je repasserai par cet établissement Ne changez rien !"
