« We stayed here for the weekend of26th June , what a gem of a place to find . Room was lovely , staff were very chatty and nothing was too much trouble , food excellent . Although not in the normal hot spot stays , this pub is in a quiet location but not far from anywhere . Highly recommend a stay here at this pub »

« Check in could be improved. Arrived to a busy pub with customers waiting for service at the bar and no designated check in desk. Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. The room was okay but not as shown on our booking confirmation - it was an attic room with very steep stairs and a not very safe landing area outside the door. « The overall presentation was acceptable, the interior of the room and hotel was good, however the air con did not work, so the hotel filled the room with fans and non effective mobile aircon. The windows were filthy and as we had access to an external courtyard, the cobwebs were off putting. Overall the hotel presented as s 3 star property and was a dissapointment for the chain as we have frequented many other locations if indigo. »
