« This review is split into two parts, one for the room and one for the restaurant. The restaurant was the good part of the experience, with friendly staff who were happy to accommodate a late request for a table & the food was excellent and well priced. My room (room 12) was not great. There is no lock from the inside, just an external handle which doesn't turn to prevent entry without a key. « Convenient location but felt fully immersed in the countryside. A beautifully maintained country house hotel with a warm welcome from an attentive team. We lunched from the bar menu and dined in the restaurant, both delicious. The spritz cocktails are heaven in a glass Wonderfully comfy bed and beautifully furnished rooms. Thoroughly recommended »

« The grounds and the hotel were absolutely stunning! We were delighted with our bedroom suite. The hotel can boast an interesting history; on the wall in the restaurant is a wooden plaque, with a gilded list of previous head girls from 1937 when the hotel was run as a school. The beautiful stained glass windows on the staircase are evidence of the previous importance of the building. The hotel is well placed for activities in Warwick, and visits to Stratford on Avon, & Royal Leamington Spa. ...
